Unionbank EON Login Error

I use EON for withdrawing my paypal credits to local bank. It used to be easy to use, that even when I hit login error 3 times in a day, the counter resets the following day. But that changed in recent years. Now you have 3 attempts that doesn't reset until you have to call/contact their support.

Today is the 3rd time I will have to contact support because their incompetent system often invalidate my login.  I'm absolutely sure my login details are correct, yet they said its invalid. WTF is wrong with you! I didn't mind this when there was a reset everyday, now I have to contact support and it'll take around 3-4 business days before I can login again. And this will be the 2nd time I will have to contact their support this year.

I have a BPI account, and I never encountered this level of incompetence on their online banking. That's why Unionbank EON, you're Full of Shit. I'm trying PayMaya this time, because I heard they're a good alternative for using with paypal.
