- Go to the nearest GCASH Booth, see list (mostly present in SM malls).
- Present (1) valid ID. (Digitized Postal ID is accepted)
- Fill-up the form asking basic info about you.
- Pay P150 fee
- The attendant will take your photo using a mobile phone.
- You'll receive your GCASH card instantly with your name on it, along with FREE globe sim card.
- Register GCASH using *143#
- Activate your GCASH mastercard to your mobile number using *143#

Since my StarMobile PlayClick is Smart/TnT locked. I can't access my GCASH (except via sim toolkit). I can't even access online, because GCASH online is inaccessible. Now I'm wondering what should I do with this GCASH.
