Xend Express Support and Provincial Delivery

P109 for  9” x 14” UNLIWEIGHT pouch, Xend Express so far is the cheapest for  provincial delivery.

The first time that I've tried their provincial delivery... the recipient's address is OutOfTown destination, which mean it'll take longer to get the parcel delivered. Actually, Xend forwarded my package to 2Go.

In 2Go's first attempt, the status said, UNDELIVERED, address is incomplete because it doesn't have a house number. Guess what, most provincial address specially in rural areas doesn't have a house number. Now this is a problem.

I've contacted Xend support thrice, for 2 problems. My concerns was assigned within an hour or two to a Customer Rep. In my first ticket, the CustRep stopped responding, that's why next day, I created another ticket which the new CustRep answered and fixed the issue. For my 3rd ticket regarding 2Go, the new CustRep responded within few hours to ask for more details. Thankfully the matter was resolved right away with the help of the reciepient.

The parcel was delivered  for about a week.

Conclusion. Xend is big company now but their support is responsive. I'll use them again for provincial delivery, but only for those that have a house number XD.
