On Demand Delivery - Transportify Review

I needed to send my violins to repair shop in caloocan. Commuting there with someone; fare + food + time will costs around P800 - P900 back and forth. Take note, the commute time is around 2-4 hours depending on traffic. So back and forth, 4 - 8 hours... O_O

I decided to just send the violin via courier. I would want to use GrabExpress but violin is too big. I have no better choice other than use an Economy SUV of Transportify.

Transportify is an on-demand delivery service like GrabExpress where the drivers are usually the owner of the vehicle that will deliver your parcels. They currently offer: SUV, L300 Van and Closed Van.

I scheduled a pickup in the morning, and after few minutes, someone near caloocan accepted my booking. He sent a text message to confirm the scheduled booking.

Comes morning, the driver arrived a little late due to traffic. Took pictures of the parcel and asks for your signature as proof of pickup.

Real Time Tracking

It's kind of fun watching the tracking, you'll know in real time the location of your parcel.

Transportify traveled 41KM and it costs me around P1000 one way, arrived to the repair shop in 3-4 hours.

You will receive a copy of the transaction via email along with the pictures.

You can choose who will pay the fee; the sender or the receiver. So far I've tried both.

I used Transportify again to pickup my violin. I booked, set pickup to caloocan then had my violins delivered to me, I paid for the fee; another P1030.

I hope they offer motorcycle too, for cheaper option.
