Lazada and Refund

I randomly check Lazada for cheap sale. I saw a cheap computer keyboard for P139, bought it as  a spare. I always choose Fulfilled by Lazada because they usually deliver very fast.

I waited a day or two... but I received a notice that my order has been cancelled instead because it was out-of-stock. It took them 2 days to cancel the order because they tried to look for an alternative item but failed.

First of all, aren't you guys monitoring the quantity?? You made me wait for 2 days.... I was so excited... I'm sooo mad.

Then Lazada emailed saying that they'll refund my money and gave me a P200 coupon.

Lazada sure knows how to please customers. They refunded my money and gave me P200 voucher code as compensation. I'm not mad anymore XD
